Valeria Villa (Ciudad de M�xico, 1970) estudi� Pedagog�a, Psicolog�a y Terapia Familiar y de Pareja. Desde hace m�s de diez a�os se dedica a la pr�ctica cl�nica en el Hospital M�dica Sur en el D. F., como terapeuta individual, familiar y de pareja. Se ha formado en la corriente sist�mica, aunque simpatiza con el psicoan�lisis y la terapia narrativa. Ha sido colaboradora en diferentes medios de comunicaci�n; en televisi�n: Di�logos en Confianza de Canal 11; en radio: W Radio con Salvador Camarena, con Carlos Puig y con Javier Poza; y actualmente, participa con Gloria Calzada en MVS Radio, como experta en bienestar emocional. En los �ltimos a�os descubri� su vocaci�n de escritora. Un buen libro, es conciso, sin paja y va al grano

Se lee r�pido y es muy ilustrativo. Me agrad� la manera en que introdujo cada tema con una historia. Me hizo reflexionar. Lo le� todo y estoy ley�ndolo de nuevo, pero ahora estoy realizando los ejercicios que sugiere y me han ayudado a que las palabras escritas no s�lo se queden ah� sino se vuelvan acciones en mi vida cotidiana. Gracias Vale, un gran libro!
