IS IT TRUE WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT CECIL COUNTY?

Good story, but lack of proofreading by Coggin or Amazon or both results in missing words and garbled expressions, to where at times
the sense is lost and the story lacks internal consistency. Mark My Words by Peggy Smith, 1987, 1993 EEI should be at every writer's elbow.
Characters aren't fully developed. The story achieves the Edgar Allen Poe objective of everything tending towards one single effect. But it
could do with two or three rewrites. Wasn't it F. Scott Fitzgerald who said, "All good writing is rewriting?"
